About the Company:
We are delighted to partner with an RNG developer who is looking for multiple Construction Managers to act as owners' reps for projects.
***These projects are located in OH, GA, and MN***
About the Role:
You will be responsible for oversight of multiple RNG projects under Construction within a given region. This role is 100% travelling from project to project.
Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to travel 12-18 months at a time to be on the project site and ensure successful project completion.
- Will lead company visibility and execute the project goals and objectives.
- Will ensure contractors execute the work safely, within quality on schedule and the approved budget.
- Anticipate risks and keep the project running smoothly – communicate to all parties to ensure that all project team members are engaged at the right time and are meeting their contractual deliverables.
- Serve as the liaison between farms, feedstock suppliers, engineers, contractors, testing agencies, utility providers, and third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
10+ years of construction management experience working on major energy infrastructure projects, ideally those related to natural gas or wastewater. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Pay range and compensation package:
- Up to $135,000 base salary PLUS 25% bonus
